Teacher Agreement

The contract every teacher accepts before tutoring on the Zngah platform.

The fee for each lesson is 100 SAR (or as advertised at the time of booking).
30% of the lesson fee will be deducted as the Platform's commission for mediation services, and the Teacher will receive 70% of the lesson fee.
This percentage is calculated after deducting any applicable payment gateway fees or taxes.
Teacher payments will only be released after the lesson has been completed in accordance with this agreement.

Teacher payments will be disbursed within ten (10) business days following the completion of the lesson.

The Platform is collectively owned and operated for the benefit of both Teachers and Students, and exists to provide a fair and transparent educational service.
The Platform aims to increase the number of students and overall engagement by connecting each Student with the appropriate Teacher, ensuring mutual academic and financial benefit.
This initiative contributes to the development of the economy and knowledge-based community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, promoting education, innovation, and societal development.
The Platform encourages a sustainable and interactive educational environment, fostering collaboration among Students and professional growth for Teachers, ensuring fair and organized benefits for all parties.

Teacher payments are only released after the agreed lesson has been completed.
If the Teacher fails to deliver the lesson for any reason, the full amount will be refunded to the Student, and no payment will be made to the Teacher for that lesson.

Attend lessons punctually without delays.
Provide accurate and appropriate educational content suitable for the Student's level.
Use only the Platform's official communication channels for interaction with Students.
It is strictly prohibited for the Teacher to communicate directly with any Student outside the Platform or provide educational services outside the Platform; any violation is considered a serious breach.
Maintain Student confidentiality and not use Student data for any purpose other than the lesson.
Conduct oneself professionally and appropriately during and outside lessons.
Notify the Platform immediately if the Teacher becomes aware of any legal restrictions or limitations affecting their ability to teach.

The maximum allowed delay is 10 minutes per booked hour.
For example, for a three-hour booking, the maximum allowed delay is 30 minutes.
Exceeding this limit entitles the Student to cancel the lesson, and the Teacher's payment for that lesson will be fully transferred.

The Teacher must ensure high-quality delivery of the lesson, including clear audio and video and a stable internet connection.
If the lesson quality is poor due to the Teacher (e.g., weak microphone, poor camera, internet disconnection, or any technical issue on the Teacher's side), the Teacher bears full responsibility.
In such cases, the Student is entitled to a full refund, and no payment will be made to the Teacher for that lesson.

The Teacher must be fully prepared for the lesson and thoroughly knowledgeable on the agreed topic or content.
Any lack of preparation or failure to deliver the agreed content constitutes a breach of this Agreement, entitling the Student to a full refund and preventing the Teacher from receiving payment for that lesson.

If the Teacher violates any of these terms, no payment will be made for the lesson in violation, and the full amount will be refunded to the Student.

The Platform is an educational intermediary that enables Teachers to provide lessons to Students through the Platform only, and bears no responsibility for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the Student's or Teacher's use of the Platform outside its educational scope or in a manner that violates these terms.
In the event of any problem between the Student and Teacher during or after the lesson — including any financial disputes, educational content, or any breach of either party's obligations — responsibility lies entirely with the Teacher or the Student, and the Platform bears no responsibility toward such disputes.
If it is found that the Teacher does not hold an official license to practice teaching or the required qualifications, the Platform considers itself not responsible for any legal or educational consequences that may arise, as long as it has provided a means to connect the Teacher with the Student.
The Student and Teacher acknowledge that the Platform provides no guarantees regarding the quality of lessons, the accuracy of the information provided, or educational outcomes, and that use of the Platform is entirely at both parties' own responsibility.
